Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of IntelTrack. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The IntelTrack service
IntelTrack (ai-powered competitive intelligence for subscription businesses) is operated by the entity reachable at the contact address below. The service gives subscription-product teams continuous visibility into what direct competitors are doing, so they can respond with weekly actions rather than quarterly reports.
Core capabilities include:
- Real-time price monitoring across competitor sites and plan tiers
- Job-posting intelligence that decodes hiring patterns into product and expansion signals
- News and signal detection filtered from public sources for what actually impacts your business
- Model-tailored competitive battlecards with structured context and a recommended response
We may add, change, or retire features over time. We will give active subscribers reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces functionality.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
To use the service you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate information when you register, keep your contact details current, and safeguard your credentials.
You may use IntelTrack to:
- Use the service to support a legitimate competitive-intelligence workflow for a business you operate or represent.
- Keep your account credentials secure and do not share access with people outside your organisation.
- Notify us promptly at the contact address below if you suspect your account has been compromised.
You may not use IntelTrack to:
- Use IntelTrack to investigate, profile, or build a database of any competitor’s individual customers or end users, or to obtain their personal data.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the IntelTrack platform, scraper, or alert pipeline.
- Resell, sublicense, or rebroadcast IntelTrack output as a standalone data product without our written permission.
- Interfere with the service, including by probing it for vulnerabilities outside the bounds of any coordinated disclosure programme we publish.
- Use IntelTrack in connection with unlawful surveillance, harassment, or any activity that infringes the rights of another person or business.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Where appropriate we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the issue.
3. Subscriptions and billing
IntelTrack is sold as a monthly subscription. The plans available today are:
Starter
$149/month
- Up to 5 competitors tracked
- Daily battlecards
- Email alerts
- Cancel anytime
Pro
$499/month
- Unlimited competitors tracked
- Email + Slack alerts
- Real-time battlecards
- Priority support
- API access
- Cancel anytime
Billing is handled through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Your card details are entered on Stripe's servers during checkout; IntelTrack receives only a Stripe customer ID, a subscription ID, and the events Stripe sends us (payment success, renewal, cancellation). We never store card numbers on our infrastructure.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same calendar date. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future charges and your current period remains active until the end of the billing cycle. We do not offer partial-period refunds. If you joined the waitlist before launch, the 14-day free trial perk announced on the waitlist page applies once to your first paid plan.
4. Intellectual property
IntelTrack, the brand, the scraping infrastructure, the alert pipeline, the dashboards, and the battlecard outputs we generate are owned by us and protected by copyright, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws. We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.
You retain ownership of the data you submit about your own business — your competitor list, your internal notes, and your labelled observations. You grant us a limited licence to use that input only to operate the service for you. We may retain aggregated, de-identified usage telemetry (for example, the number of competitors tracked across all accounts) to improve the product.
5. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that scraping or alerting will be uninterrupted or error-free: competitor websites change, break, or block our crawler, and our coverage is best effort. Battlecards are decision support, not advice; you remain responsible for the decisions you make based on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is capped at the amount you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be filled in by counsel pre-launch]. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of [jurisdiction to be filled in by counsel pre-launch]. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.
6. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page is the effective date of the current version. For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will email active subscribers at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
